Fungi, Animal Kingdoms, & Cellular Respiration Objectives

-List 3 major traits of Fungi and give 3 examples
-Name some roles and uses of Fungi in nature and by people
-For the 9 Animal phyla, name a member of each and a major trait of each
-Define gas exchange
-For these organisms, identify gas exchange surface/ adaptations- paramecium, ameba, yeast, hydra, earthworm, grasshopper
-Define cellular respiration and identify where it occurs in a cell
-Write the formula for the synthesis of ATP
-Explain how energy is liberated as ATP is broken down
-Explain the meaning of the ATP cycle
-Define anaerobic respiration, and explain the 2 steps- glycolysis and fermentation
-Compare lactic acid fermentation with alcoholic, include organisms, products, amount ATP generated
-Define aerobic respiration, explain2 steps- glycolysis and aerobic phase
-Explain why aerobic respiration is more efficient than anaerobic
