2026 Digital Access Survey

Each year, the New York State Education Department (NYSED) requires that school districts survey families about their children’s home access to computers and the Internet. As we have done in previous school years, we are deploying this Digital Access Survey as a Google Form. You will not need any login or passwords to take this survey.  

The Digital Access Survey will need to be completed for each child (Grades K-12) in your household and should take no more than a couple of minutes to complete (per child). The link to access this survey can be found here: Digital Access Survey. It will also be posted on the District website’s homepage. The Form will accept responses through the end of the day Sunday, May 31, 2026.
