Welcome to Academic Intervention Services (AIS)!
A lot of great things happen in my room. AIS is designed to assist students in achieving the Common Core Standards in English language arts. This is done through extra support in small groups. This instruction supplements the lessons taught by the regular classroom teachers.

Who Receives AIS?
- Students who score below the designated performance levels on the New York State Assessments in grades 3-6.
- Kindergarten- Grade 2 who lack the reading readiness.
- Any student who is at risk for not meeting the Common Core Standards.
Measures used to determine who will receive AIS:
